How much does a wedding photographer cost?

Wedding photography prices in Poland can vary depending on the photographer’s experience, the scope of services, and the length of the coverage. Generally, prices range from 4000 to 6000 PLN.

In my case, I offer several packages starting from 4000 PLN, which allows me to tailor the offer to your needs and budget. Just reach out to me – I’ll be happy to send you a detailed price list.

What do the wedding packages include?

A standard package covers a full-day wedding report, including:

the couple’s preparations,
the ceremony,
portraits with family,
a sunset photo session with the couple,
the reception and all important moments throughout the day.

The day after your wedding, you’ll receive access to your online gallery with a preview of the most important moments – around 50–60 photos.

The full report, including 700 to 900 carefully selected and edited photos, will be delivered 2–3 months after the wedding.

Do you offer any additional services?

Yes! In addition to the wedding day coverage, you can also book:

Choosing the best wedding photographer is a process that takes some time and commitment, but it’s worth the effort to ensure that your memories of your special day are captured in a way that suits you best.

Define your style: Think about what style of photography suits you best – whether classic, modern, romantic or perhaps documentary. Browse through different portfolios to see what you like best.

When looking through different photographers’ portfolios, pay attention to their previous work. Look for consistency in quality and style, as well as the ability to capture emotion and key moments.

Opinions and references from other couples can be very helpful. Look for reviews online to find out what experiences others have had with a particular photographer.

Before you book a wedding photographer, ask for full photo galleries from several weddings to see how they handle different conditions and situations. Choose a photographer you feel comfortable with. A good relationship with your photographer is crucial because you will spend a lot of time with them on your wedding day and you need to feel comfortable in front of the camera.

Since when have you been photographing weddings?

I am lucky that since 2013 I have been able to document wonderful love stories in Poland and other European countries.

What types of weddings do you typically photograph?

I photograph all types of weddings, from small intimate celebrations to large luxury weddings, including alternative weddings, humanist ceremonies and LGBT+ unions. Every wedding has a different style and its own beauty.

When will we receive our photos?

The day after the wedding, you will receive a small selection of about 50-60 photos from the most representative moments. The rest of the reportage is typically delivered two to three months after the wedding

How many photos will we receive?

It depends on the type of wedding, each is different, it is not easy to give an exact number because there are many factors to take into account, such as the number of guests, the number of planned attractions and the type of ceremony (civil ceremonies are generally much faster than religious ceremonies in church). At a small wedding or elopement you might get 300-400 photos, while at a large luxury wedding you could easily get over 1,000-1,200. On average, we can say that you usually receive about 700-800 photos. In any case, you will receive many photos and you will definitely have all the important moments and people in them.

Is there a booking fee required?

Yes, when signing the contract, an advance payment is made, which is usually 20% of the total price, and the remaining payment is made after the wedding.

What if the photographer can't come to the wedding?

In the event that I was unable to attend the wedding due to force majeure, accident or illness, I would arrange for a replacement photographer with a similar level of experience to me and provide him with my fee.

Can we also order a photo book?

Yes, of course we can order a beautiful photo album made of the best quality materials, I recommend it, you will love it.

How would you describe your wedding photography style?

I think it’s a warm, intimate and honest style. The photos are romantic, but not too sweet, they are real and natural. I like to document your day without adding ingredients, naturally, capturing all the emotions that arise. I like to tell a complete story, so I also consider myself a storyteller.

What does your job look like on our wedding day?

I think I’m very easy to work with. I am quite a calm person, which comes in handy during stressful wedding moments. I am very empathetic, generally I am close to you, capturing all the moments and emotions that arise.

What advice can you give to a couple who has never posed in front of a camera before?

You don’t have to know how to pose, just be yourself. During the photo session, I will give you some very simple instructions, such as do not look into the camera and act as if I was not there. You don’t have to do anything special, just relax and enjoy the day, I’ll take care of the photos.

How do you provide us with photos?

After editing the photos, we upload them to your private online gallery. You can share this gallery with your friends and family. You will also receive a PIN that will allow you to download all photos in high resolution or web-optimized format.

Is it necessary to sign a contract?

Yes, in the contract we have all the necessary information, wedding schedule, ceremony addresses and wedding hall, payment terms, delivery terms, cancellation policy and many other important details that are worth having in writing.

Do you need food or accommodation?

Food, yes, of course 🙂 the wedding day is long and you need to have energy to work. As for accommodation, it depends. If the wedding takes place in my city (Warsaw) or the surrounding area, I do not need accommodation. If the wedding takes place in another city in Poland, I will need accommodation for the night after the wedding. If it is an international wedding in another country, I will need accommodation for at least 2 days.
